Roi is driven by sustainable economic development, i.e. empowering individuals in developing communities he partnered with community leaders and groups, a network of developers, non-profits, and educational institutions along with local resources to design and build affordable, sustainable mixed-use, commercial, and residential structures.
Roi is a frequent speaker at industry organizations and architectural schools, including the American Institute of Architects and Syracuse School for Design.
Roi is a veteran housing innovator and systems thinker with a background in real estate development, sustainability, and civic planning.
Roi has spent over two decades working on community-focused housing projects, merging social equity with high-performance construction.
